90-Day Return Window
You have 90 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
A receipt or order confirmation is required
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened supplements. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
How to Request a Return

If approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request a photo of the item for review.
Once confirmed, we’ll replace the item or issue a full refund.
Incorrect Items
Notify us within 7 days if you receive the wrong product.
We’ll cover the return shipping and send the correct item, or issue a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
Opened supplements
Final sale items
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on opened products. If your item was incorrect, damaged, or defective, please follow the return steps above.
Cancelation policy
Customers can only cancel their subscription after a 20-day window from the date of their initial order. The purpose of this policy is to allow sufcient time for customers to receive and try our product.
After the 20-day period, customers can cancel their subscription. To do so, customers must log into their account on our website and follow the cancellation process. The cancellation request should be made after the 20-day period has elapsed.
Customers will not be charged any further fees or receive additional shipments once the subscription is canceled. For any questions or assistance with the cancellation process, customers can reach out to our customer support team.
