Pricing, Currency & Taxes

Prices are displayed in your local currency where applicable. For UK and EU customers:

• VAT is already included in the listed price and is paid directly by Lumin.

• You will not be charged VAT or import duties at checkout.

• Lumin covers all customs fees, import taxes, and cross-border charges on your behalf.

Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Delivery timelines begin after your order has been processed.

Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

If you are located in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:

• The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused

• In their original packaging

Cancellations & Order Changes

You may request a cancellation or change to your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be in processing and can no longer be modified or cancelled.
